The Cookie Robot
The first version of the Cookie Robot follows the specified links and does NOT perform additional actions (each link is opened for 5-15 seconds, the Robot opens them simultaneously).
The current version is best suited for simply collecting pixels from websites for subsequent registration. The number of import links for the Cookie Robot is unlimited. If the link on the list is invalid, it is skipped. Resource availability timeout is 30 seconds.
The Cookie Robot opens links in 4 threads, i.e. 4 tabs simultaneously. Keep in mind that the more links you add to the Cookie Robot, the longer it will take to crawl them all.
The Cookie Robot functions in the headless mode: while the running processes are identical to the ones in an open profile, the profile window itself is not displayed. Website images are downloaded while the Cookie Robot is running. You can disable downloading images by pre-configuring the profile. Before you run the Cookie Robot, open the profile, type chrome://settings/content/images in the address bar, and disable showing images in the profile settings. After this, images will not be downloaded while the Cookie Robot is running. This will reduce the amount of traffic passing through your proxy.
After the Cookie Robot has finished its tasks, its history is not kept in profile tabs. Information about the start and end times of the Cookie Robot and the sites it visited can be found in debug.log.
To see the cookies collected by the Robot during its operation, you can enter chrome://settings/content/all in the address bar of the open profile.
The Cookie Robot can be used not only with empty profiles, but also with profiles with cookies already present. If the browser already has cookies, the collected cookies will be added to the existing ones.
